Emileigh Hubbard grew up in Midlothian, Texas, and attended Austin College in Sherman for her undergraduate degree. After graduating from St. Mary's Law School, Emileigh began her legal career in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and has worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Amos L. Mazzant and the Honorable Christine A. Nowak. Due to her experience within the judicial chambers of two federal judges, Emileigh is detail-oriented and has extensive experience analyzing varied and complex cases from initial filing through final judgment, as well as experience with post-judgment motions and appeals.
Emileigh represents freight and household-goods motor carriers, commercial properties, and other business entities in both state and federal courts. Emileigh has an active role in her cases, working to develop the facts of each case, drafting motions and briefs, and participating in the formulation of case strategy. Emileigh's experience includes representing her clients in commercial contract disputes, property loss and damage, unpaid freight charges, and employment matters.
