Kirsten Soto is an associate with experience representing Fortune 500 companies, as well as individual and class action plaintiffs in complex disputes. Kirsten began her legal career as an attorney at a boutique firm litigating multi-million dollar insurance coverage lawsuits. Prior to becoming an attorney, Kirsten worked with a consulting firm investigating commercial motor vehicle crashes throughout the country. Her inquisitive nature and creative problem-solving skills help her to provide guidance to clients and offer innovative solutions to legal problems.

A lifelong horsewoman, Kirsten has always enjoyed outdoor activities. She began training as a runner after graduating law school, and completed her first marathon in 2016. Kirsten takes pride in applying the same tenacity and determination required to complete marathon races to helping her clients reach their goals.

Representative Experience

Kirsten represents freight and household-goods motor carriers, commercial properties, other business entities, and individual plaintiffs in contract, property loss/damage, personal injury, and employment matters before state and federal courts.
