through pre-lawsuit negotiation as well as through trials and
appeals to the highest level. We counsel employers and employees
through all phases of employment, from hiring to discipline to
termination, and from developing policies and handbooks to counseling
managers through situations carrying the threat of a lawsuit.
Our lawyers have tried discrimination and employment contract
breach cases in state and federal court, before judges and juries.
We have also defended clients during EEOC investigations and
mediations. We have obtained or defended against emergency injunctive
relief connected with agreements not to compete and trade secret
protection.
