Attorney Profiles

Thomas McCracken was born in Midland, Texas. He received a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas in 1992.  He continued his studies at St. Mary's University, earning a Masters of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.  Thomas also attended Law School at St. Mary's University, graduating with a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 1995.  Thomas returned to school, earning a Masters of Divinity degree from Texas Christian University and participating in the studies at the J.M. Dawson Institute of Church-State Studies at Baylor University.  Thomas was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1995.  Thomas practices principally in the areas of Community Association Law and Commercial Litigation.
