Attorney Profiles

Michael G. Oddo was born in Chicago, Illinois. He attended St. Mary's University, where he received his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, in English and Communication Arts in 1981. He became a member of Delta Epsilon Sigma at St. Mary’s. Mike received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from University of Notre Dame Law School in 1984, where he was selected as a Scholar by the Thomas White Center for Public Policy, 1983-1984. Mike was admitted to the State Bar of Texas and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas in 1984. He is also admitted before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Mike is a member of the Dallas Bar Association (Member, Employment Law Section), and the State Bar of Texas Business Law and Employment Law Sections. Mike was named as a Barrister of the Dallas Inn of Court, from 1991 through 1994. Mike practices primarily in the areas of Product Liability and Toxic Tort Defense, Commercial Disputes, and Employment Law.
