Parrish S. Nicholls
Overview
Parrish is an associate attorney in the firm's HOA department. Parrish's practice includes advising property owners' associations in real estate matters, and further serves his clients by drafting, amending, and filing dedicatory instruments and other community association governing documents. He also serves as outside employment counsel to corporate clients in a variety of industries, advising on matters such as workplace compliance and responding to complaints involving harassment and discrimination.
Parrish was born on Mather AFB in northern California. School and work took him to other states, and he permanently landed in Texas in 2018. He served six years in the U.S. Air Force Reserve before being honorably discharged and entering law school, earning his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in Dayton, Ohio. Prior to joining HOAF, Parrish served as in-house corporate counsel, a Human Resources leader, and solo law practitioner, where he focused on contracts, business, higher education, and employment law.
